Shipping policy
Nationwide Delivery Service
We offer fast New Zealand-wide delivery from our warehouse. Orders are shipped ourselves using our own trucks and driver fleet throughout Auckland and the entire North Island. For South Island customer deliveries we use an experienced, professional and reliable furniture logistics company to deliver to your door.
Your delivery comes fully assembled.
Delivery costs vary depending on distance and volume (m³) of your order.
Shipping Promotions and Island Exclusions
On occasion, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions that cover most regions in New Zealand but exclude the following islands:
- Kawau Island
- Great Barrier Island
- Chatham Islands
- Stewart Island
- Other remote islands where special shipping arrangements are required
Waiheke Island is included in our free shipping promotions.
Orders to excluded islands will incur additional shipping fees. If free shipping is applied in error, we reserve the right to adjust the fees and will contact you to confirm before processing.

Customer Order Pickup (Click-to-Collect)
Customer order collection is available at our distribution centre in Rosebank, Auckland.
For order pickup, or click-to-collect, we don’t charge for freight or handling fees.
If you call or email us to request a quote or place an order, please let us know if you would prefer to collect the order.
Please allow us time to confirm your order and to pick the items required for collection, usually 1 - 4 business days. In the event of any issues with your order or unforeseen delays, we will contact you.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive our notification before arranging to collect your order.
Please bring with you proof of purchase, an order confirmation or invoice, and an ID (e.g. drivers licence).

Please note: Our Customer Pickup Location is the Design Warehouse Distribution Centre. Design Italia orders are available for pickup at this location, which serves as the primary distribution hub for both Design Italia and Design Warehouse.
